Hope everyone had a great start to the week.
I would like to start by saying thank you to everyone that took the time to read my last post. The response has been overwhelming.
I read a quote earlier today that stated that we should live for our passions. Although it is very important to have something you love in your life, it is not that easy or that straight forward.
For me, photography is my teacher and my muse, I’m fortunate to have it in my life but it is so easy to get discouraged and disillusioned about it.
I’ve met purist who think that it is important to know the analogue process and I’ve met and know many digital babies, myself being one of them. What separates each of us? It’s the simple love of photography and the joy to create. But we all have different end goals.
My aim has always been to grow and learn. What pushes me on a daily basis is the simple thirst to learn. Whether it is a new technique or define my personal style. By pushing my end goal each time allows me to be and stay motivated.
On a daily basis, I work on 5 different images at a time. Not because I have to but because I have a short attention span and this allows me not to get too comfortable.
