The London Eye – An Iconic Landmark

Hope the week started well for everybody.
Said to be the tallest Ferris Wheel in Europe, the London Eye stands at 443 feet in height on South Bank of the Thames. Opened in the March 2000, since then hadn’t had its shortage of visitors.
As a very popular attraction, there isn’t a shortage of images on the web. Thought I’ll finish what I started and also photographed the London Eye, The Big Ben, Westminster Abbey ant the Methodist Central Hall.

Image taken using Nikon D7000 with the Nikkor 50mm 1.8 prime lens (short of option since my lens was in the shop). As they say, make the best of what you have.
